Online order cancellation

For most online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. Tell us clearly by email before the period ends. After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. You are responsible for direct return postage unless the item is faulty or we agree otherwise. Returned goods should be handled only as needed to inspect their nature and characteristics.

Some statutory exceptions may apply, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Your legal rights are not affected.

Pre-orders

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. If goods have already been dispatched, the statutory cancellation process applies. A delay or inability to supply does not remove any rights you have under consumer law.

Faulty or incorrect items

Please email us promptly with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will explain the next steps. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods apply.

Refunds, where due, are made using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We do not promise a refund outside applicable law.
