Information we use

When you place an order, we use the contact, delivery and order details you provide to take payment, prevent fraud, deliver your purchase, provide customer support and meet legal obligations. Stripe processes card payments; CORPVS CHRISTI does not receive or store full card details. Firebase provides account and store infrastructure, and Resend sends account emails.

Accounts and store credit

If you create an account, authentication details are processed by the account service. ROTH balances and transaction history are stored in a CORPVS CHRISTI ledger. ROTH is store credit at 1 ROTH = £1 and may only be issued for refunds, goodwill or approved promotions. We do not sell or allow top-ups of ROTH.

Cookies and analytics

The store uses browser storage necessary to maintain your shopping bag and account session. No advertising or analytics cookies are described here. If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are enabled, the privacy and consent information must be updated before they are used.

Retention and your rights

We keep order and accounting information for the periods required by applicable law and retain account information while the account is active or needed to provide the service. You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction or portability, and may object to processing where the law gives you that right. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
